We have refined the traditional steam distillation method into a precision-controlled manufacturing system that enhances energy efficiency, improves heat transfer, increases yield, and reduces batch times. Each process parameter is carefully monitored and adjusted to match the specific raw material, expected yield, and active compound profile. This precision distillation approach minimizes thermal impact on the distilled materials thus enabling subsequent value additional value recovery.

For hydrophilic actives and delicate extracts, our aqueous extraction unit delivers solvent-free potency. Built to the highest sanitary standards, this fully automated system uses only water with precisely controlled parameters to preserve both nutritional and functional integrity. With a closed-loop design, hygienic flow paths, and full CIP compliance, it is where clean-label assurance meets ingredient performance.

We utilize both traditional and thin-film fractionation systems to purify, concentrate, and separate essential oils and extracts according to customer specifications. Our advanced fractionation technologies enable precise separation of components based on molecular weight, polarity, or volatility. Whether the goal is standardizing active compounds or crafting a signature note, each fraction is carefully stabilized, thoroughly characterized, and ready to perform.

Spray drying helps us transform aromatic extracts into shelf stable, free flowing powders.Perfect for food, beverage, and nutraceutical formats. With controlled heat and fine droplet dispersion, we lock in flavour and functionality without burning off the good stuff. The result is clean, consistent powders that dissolve easily and deliver bold taste or bioactivity with every use.High level of encapsulation can be achieved through selection of high performance carriers, proper emulsification and right drying parameters.
